中文摘要 | 鋼液裡的非金屬介在物會導致連鑄鋼胚的清淨度降低與品質不佳,而如何做好鋼液分配器的設計以增進介在物去除效率則需要對鋼液分配器內之熔融鋼液的流重行為有充分的瞭解。 本研究以煉鋼製程小鋼胚連鑄過程中鋼液分配器對象,透過數學模式來模擬鋼液在鋼液分配器內的流動行為。該數學模式以SOLA-SURF這項計算流體力學的技術為基礎,並以k-ε model處理擾流方面的影響,解析三度空間流場,並以不均勻網格配合鋼液分配器實際出入。 |
英文摘要 | The nonmetallic inclusions in moten steel can result in poor quality products from continuous casting. In order to improve the efficiency of inclusions removal the design of tundishes requires and detailed knowledge of the flow behavior of molten steel in the tundishes. In this study, a mathematical model is used to analyze the flow behavior of molten steel in the tundish for billet continuous casting. The model is based on SOLA-SURF method; a computational fluid dynamics technique, in conduction with the k-ε two equation turbulence model. It can simulate three dimensional flow field. Nonuniform mesh systems can be used to handle the actual dimensions of the nozzle, tundish, and submerged nozzle to the casting mold. |
