中文摘要 | 本研究應用?對誤差觀念的電腦程式解決產品研發所遭遇到的尋求最佳配方問題。研究開發膧腦自動配方程式將產品開發的概念與電腦程式的結合成為一個完整的系統。應用這個結合系統,配合良好的使用者介面與資料儲存能力,達成自動化配方之研究目的。本程式的優越性包括:(1)使用者可以自由輸入各種原料之限制條件,並且訂定誤差範圍。(2)適用於線性或非線或條件。(3)食品中的每一個營養成份的重要性相同。研究發現最小平方誤差有漸近趨勢,利用此一特點發展出錯誤漸近方法,並將其觀念與程式結合,結果顯示應用錯誤漸近法執行時間明顯減少。應用本研究所發展之電腦程式尋找合手USDA限制之西式香腸配方。結果顯示應用最小平方誤差配合錯誤漸近方法可以迅速尋找出數種合乎於限定之配方組。其結果與應用數學矩陣運算方法比較,不但快速且誤差值相近。程式應用於尋找營養與品評共同訴求之兒立果汁配方,結果顯示出本研究所發展的電腦程式,極具發展極力,亦適用於食品配方自動化。 |
英文摘要 | This study demonstrated application of the least square theory in a computer program to solve problems encountered while seeking the best formulation for product development. Results of this study linked the gap between the mathematical model for the product development and the computer technique, and finally developed an integrated system for food formulation. The program was written in C language, with a user friendly interface and powerful data management capacity. The excellent features of the program include: (1) users are allowed to input any restriction for raw material and error range; (2) the program can be applied to both linear and non-linear conditions; (3) every nutrient in the food plays an equally important role. The program was modified by establishing an error approaching methodology. Results showed that the execution time was significantly decreased. The program was tested by formulating western type sausage with five constraints. Compared to the mathematical calculation method, the program uses significantly less time and is very accurate. Another test included formulating nutrient juice composed of four different fruits and vegetables. Results showed that the computer grogram developed by this investigation was very effective and could be used for the food industry. |
