中文摘要 | 封鎖型水系陰離子分散型PU(BAPUDs)乃是以適當分子量的聚已二酸乙二酯(Polyethylene adipate• PEA),聚乙二醇((Polyethylene glycol• PEG )及聚丙二醇(Polypropylene glycol• PPG)等聚醇類為軟質部分,而以二羥甲基丙酸(Dimethylol propionic acid• DMPA)做為陰離子中心,並以肟(Oxime)為封鎖試劑進行反應而成。當預聚物生成時,用不同類別的肟Oxime及不同反應溫度並用傅式紅外線光譜儀(FT - IR)偵測其反應進行,進而利用反應型熱卡計加以印證此一反應,最後用差示掃描量測計(DSC)及熱重量分析計(TGA)來測定BAPUDs的玻璃化溫度(Tg)及去封鎖溫度以做為未來類似反應的標準熱的性質。 |
英文摘要 | Polyethylene adipate(PEA), polyethylene glycol(PEG), polypropylene glycol (PEG) of appropriate molecular weight as the polyol soft segments, dimethylol propionic acid(DMPA) as the anionic center and oxime as the blocking agent were used to synthesize blocked anionic polyurethane disper-sions(BAPUDs). As the prepolymer was formed, different type of oxime was added under different reaction temperatures and FT-IR were used to detect the condition of reaction processing. Then reaction calorimetry was used to prove the feasibility of the designed reactions. Finally, DBC and TGA were used to determine the prepolymer's Tg and the deblocked temper-atures of BAPUDs in order to provide the standard thermal properties for future similar reactions. |
