中文摘要 | 本研究目的在探討新聞紙(新聞雜誌紙、新聞紙)脫墨的最適化流程及脫墨過程中脫墨對紙張物理性質之影響,以纖維篩分、紙漿粘度、聚合度、鍵結面積、半纖維素含量等評估脫墨漿紙漿品質之關係及探討劣化原因。並以最經濟的方法即以不同濃度的鹼浸漬處理回收纖維,使已劣化的二次纖維活性化,以增強纖維強度及結合強度。綜合試驗結果如下: 1.雜誌紙及報紙只需經洗滌脫墨處理不需經過浮選處理,脫墨紙漿即可達到再生之要求。 2.回收及脫墨處理中之解纖、濕潤、乾燥之作業改變漿料纖維的膨潤性使纖維結晶度增加,纖維細孔容積減少,纖維間結合降低、纖維素分子粘度及聚合度降低即纖維間的鍵結強度與單纖維強度均有減少之現象,因而導致紙張強度性質劣化。 3.鹼浸漬處理使纖維膨潤性增大,纖維內聚力降低,增加纖維的柔軟性,且增加纖維與纖維間之結合面積,而達到改善紙力之目的。 4.考慮脫墨效率、得率、白度及紙張強度,脫墨前鹼浸漬處理報紙以0.5% 鹼浸漬即能達到增加回收紙漿活性化之目的。 |
英文摘要 | This study investigated the optimal deinking sequences and the effect of deinking on the physical properties of various waste niwsprints. Fiber classification, pulp viscosity, degree of polymerization, bonded area estimation and hemicellulose content determination were conducted to evaluate the quality and factors affecting the properties of deinked pulps. The correlations between these variables and pulp quality were also employed to find the factors responsible for pulp deterioration. The most economical treatment was found to be alkaline soaking of the waste materials before the deinking treatment. This treatment activates the degraded pulp and increases fiber strength as well as interfiber bonding strength of DIP. The results of this study are summarized as follows: 1. Acceptable quality of DIP can be obtained with wash deinking without flotation treatment for old newsprint and magazine paper. 2. Recycling and deinking tended to reduce the average fiber length and fiber swelling, increase the light scattering coefficient and lower the pulp viscosity and degree of polymerization. These are the major causes for the deterioration of deinked pulp quality. 3. Alkali soaking increased fiber swelling, reduced internal bonding, enhanced the pliability of the fibers, as well as increased the potential bonding areas between fibers. Improvement in the strength properties of paper can thus be achieved. 4. In view of the deinking efficiency, yield, brightness and strength properties of the deinked pulp, the optimal alkali soaking concentration was 0.5%. |
