中文摘要 | 竹筍園受到竹叢生長之限制,大型農機不適宜培上作業,竹基的覆上仍 以人力為主,有鑑於此,研究在中耕機耕耘刀軸後面加一培土器,利用離心力定 點定向將土壤拋到竹頭,使竹園培土機械化,中耕機亦得到多用途之利用。 培土器由螺旋集土器與迴轉葉片式拋土器組成,兩者安裝於台車上模擬試驗結 果,集土器與拋土器順利作業之轉速高低差異甚大,不能同軸轉動;而將拋土器 置於集土器後方,兩軸成垂直之方式,其可行性較高,據此結果,設計製造完成 拋擲式培土器,懸掛於大順牌TS-700K型汽油引擎中耕機,拋上器直徑3OOmm、 葉片長75mmx寬70mm、轉速1OOOrpm,雙向螺旋培土器直徑140mm、螺距150mm、 轉速6OOrpm,拋上距離可達4~5公尺,已略具雛形。 |
英文摘要 | Since the bamboo garden is limited to the growth of bamboo-bush.largetype farming machines are not suitable for subsoiling operation. Thesubsoiling for bamboo roots still utilizes the manpower. According to this, thesubsoiling machine behind the shaft of the cultivator tilling blades is added tothrow the soil to the fix-point and fix- direction bamboo root by using the centrifugal forces. This makes the mechanization for subsoiling of bamboogarden and the cultivator to have utilization. The subsoiling machine is composed of a screw type extra soil-collector anda rotary blade type soil-thrower. Both of them were installed on the cart andwere simulated. The experimental results showed that they have significantdifferend between high and low rotation speeds for soil-collector and soilthrower. Both of them can not rotate on the same shaft. It was higher feasibility for putting the soil-thrower behind the soil- collector and making thetwo shafts in vertical type. According to the test results,we designed andmanufactured throw-type soil-collector to hang on the Ta-Shun-type TS- 700Kof the gasoline engine cultivator. The diameter of soil-thrower is SOOmm.Thelength and width for leaf blade is 75mm x 70mm, with turning speed of 1000rpm. The diameter for double-action-screw soil-collector is 140 mm, with itspitch of 150mm and rotation speed of 600 rpm. The distance of throwing soilcan reach from 4 to 5 meters. The prototype machine is built up with the abovementioned specifications. |
