中文摘要 | 本研究應用中耕機附掛研製中之拋擲式竹叢覆土裝置,試驗培土刀與刀軸最適搭 配模式,分析設計參數與拋土器作業性能,使中耕機多用途利用及綠竹園中耕管理機械化, 除草與覆土一次完成,提高經濟效益、增加農民收益,為研究主要目的。試驗結果中耕機以 平面刀軸裝配大培刀為最適之搭配模式, 實測耕深 2.79 ∼ 7.18cm、 行駛速度 9.20 ∼ 23.08m ╱ min 與拋土葉輪實際轉速 305 ∼ 696rpm,拋土距離符合作業需求,最大需求馬 力 5.05ps,取土率 25.9 ∼ 53.3 %之間, 因對象為土壤,且達到中耕除草與覆土的目的 ,已具實用之效果。迴歸分析預測拋土量、拋擲扭矩、拋擲距離、打滑率等方程式,其決定 係數皆 70 %以上。 只要配合設計參數,目前使用極普遍的中央驅動式(耕寬 620mm )中 耕機,皆可附掛本研究之拋土器為附屬配備。 |
英文摘要 | A cultivator attached with a throw-type soil-collector was used for bamboo farming. This research used cultivator blades and their axles to try and find the optimal match test performance, and analyze design parameters. The cultivator then be used to cultivate bamboo farms and collect for soil. The work of cultivation and soil-collection can be done simultaneously, increascing economic efficiency and greatly benefiting the farmers, which is the main goal in this study. From the results, the optimal mode for the cultivator was a plane blade axle matched with a big subsoil blade. Under the condition of 2.79 to 7.18cm cultivated depth and 9.20 to 23.08m/min driving speed and 305 to 696rpm blade speed, the subsoil distance which corresponded the operations needs. The maximum horsepower needed was 5.05ps and the percentage of soil collected was between 25.9 and 53.3%. The work of cultivation and soil-collection can be finished simultaneously, which makes it practical to use. By using regressive analysis, equations such as subsoil quantity, throwing torque, throwing distance and slippage can be predicted. All the determinate coefficients were above 70%. By matching the design parameters, the subsoil tool developed by this study can be attached to the most common central driving cultivator as an accessory. |
