| 中文摘要 | 本試驗於1992及1993年在台東縣低海拔之卑南鄉美農高台(285m)、鹿野鄉永安高台(325m)及中海拔之太麻里鄉金針山(1000m)進行茶樹(Cameliia sinensis(L.)Kuntze)芽葉生長調查及氣象因子觀測。探測不同海拔茶區氣象條件對茶樹芽葉生育之影響,以做為茶區輔導與規劃之參考。結果如下: 一、不同海拔茶區溫度、相對濕度及風速均有差異,中低海拔茶區之年平均溫度相前約2.8℃,最高溫度相前2.1-2.8℃,最低溫度相差1.2-2.5℃。相對濕度則以最低相對濕度在中低海拔茶區前異較明顯,中低海拔茶區分別為70%及50%以上。由年平均風速來看,中海拔茶區風速較小,為1.2m/s;低海拔茶區較大,為1.7-2.0m/s。 二、不同海拔茶區茶樹年生長期以中海拔茶區較短,為260天,只採收4-5次。低海拔茶較長,為310-340天,可採收6-7次。 三、不同海拔茶區茶樹芽葉農藝性狀呈顯著或極顯著差異。在海拔285至1000m之範圍,芽長隨海拔之增高而減短,葉厚反而較厚,葉面積在海拔間表現較不一致。 四、兩品種芽葉產量與海拔高度呈負相關,不同海拔茶區萌芽密度及百芽重也有明顯差異,整體而言,兩品種均以中海拔茶區較低海拔茶區疏而低,萌芽密度與海拔高度達顯著或極顯著負相關。 五、不同海拔茶區相對濕度與葉的厚度有顯著正相關,但與萌芽密度則呈顯著負相關,萌芽密度為影響中海拔茶區芽葉產量之重要因子。 |
| 英文摘要 | The experiments were conducted to study the climatic effects on the shoot growth of tea tree (Camellia sinensis(L.) Kuntze) among alitiude in the three tea districts, Meinong (285m), Yungan (325m) and Taimali (1000m), in Taitung. The results were summarized as follow: 1.Temperature, relative humidity and wind speed were significantly different at different altitude tea districts. Difference of the two altitude of annual average, maximum and minimum temperature were 2.8, 2.1-2.8 and 1.2-2.5℃. Annual minimum relative humidity of the middle and lower altitude were above of 70% and 50%. Wind speed were 1.2 and 1.7-2.0m/s. 2.The tea shoot plucking times of Taimali district of the middle altitude was onely 4-5 times, its annual growth period was shorter, 260 days. Meinong and Yungan districts of the lower altitude was 6-7 times, was longer, 310-340 days. 3.The shoot length was shorter as altitude increase from 285 to 1000m. On the contrary, leaf thickness was increase. But the leaf area wasn't consistent response among altitude tea districts. Most of shoot agronomic characteristics were significantly or highly significantly different at different altitude tea districts. 4.The shoot density, 100shoot weight and yield were significantly different at the different altitude. The shoot density and 100 shoot weight of the middle altitude was thinness and lower than that of the lower altitude. The tea shoot yield and shoot density were negatively correlated with altitude height among tea districts. Two varieties had same result. 5.The relative humidity were highly positively correlated with leaf thickness among altitude tea districts. The shoot density was positively correlated with air temperature and negatively correlated with relative humidity among altitude tea districts. The shoot density was an important factor for tea shoot yield at middle altitude tea districts. |
