中文摘要 | 本文係以一系列Cu-26~27Zn-4Al-XZr形狀記憶合金為對象,研究不同Zr 添加量對合金晶粒大小、麻田散體變態溫度及其形狀記憶回復率之影響。 實驗結果顯示:不同成份合金之晶粒尺寸與晶粒成長指數(n值)隨Zr添加量之增加 而減小;而相同成份之合金則隨固溶處理溫度之提高而增大。添加Zr後之合金, 其晶粒尺寸皆可由數mm降至100μm以下,固溶處理溫度在雙相區時之晶粒尺寸 更只有~10μm;顯示添加Zr能有效阻礙β相之晶粒成長。晶粒大小對Ms點之影響 不大,惟固溶處理溫度在雙相區時,因析出α相使合金中β相之Zn含量相對增 加,造成Ms點明顯往低溫偏移。α相與析出物之存在,皆使合金之形狀記憶回 復率變差,α相之影響又較析出物為大。 |
英文摘要 | The effects of Zr addition on the grain size, the martensitic transformation temperature and the shape memory recovery of the Cu-26~27Zn-4A1-XZr SMAs have been investigated in this study. It was found that the grain size and the grain growth exponent (n value) of the alloys decreased with the increasing Zr addition, but it increased with the increasing solution temperature for every alloy. The grain size of the alloys with Zr were refined to less than100μm for the solution temperature in the single phase range and to around 10μ m for the temperature in the dual phase range. It was the evidence that Zr addition could inhibit the grain growth of the phase significantly. The effect of the grain size on Ms was notpronounced. However, the Ms shifted to the lower temperature considerably when the solution temperature in the dual phase range because of the precipitation of α phasecausing the lower Zn content in the β phase. Both of α phase and precipitate led to inferiorshape memory recovery. The effect of α phase on shape memory recovery was more obvious than precipitate. |
