英文摘要 | One hundred and eighty nine inbred lines of corn from different sources were investigated for streptomycin tolerance (inhibition of chlorophyll formation in seedling) by soaking the seed in 3g/l streptomycin sulfate solution for 23 hours at 25°C. The inheritance of streptomycin tolerance was also analyzed with the 6×6 diallel crosses. High variation in streptomycin tolerance existed in corn seedling as reflected in the streptomycin tolerance ranged from 1(green) to 6(albino). Additive and dominant effects were highly significant in streptomycin tolerance, with the additive effect being important that the dominant effect in the diallel analysis. There are at least one to two gene pairs determing the streptomycin tolerance. Heritability in narrow sense of streptomycin tolerance was 49%. |
