中文摘要 | 本試驗於臺灣地區夏季及冬季分別以本達隆(bentazon) 施用於營養生長六時期之玉米葉面,分析其劑量反應。根據株高、地上部鮮重、乾重以邏輯對數模式分析,以及根據傷害指數以probit模式分析,於施藥後7及14天可決定玉米栽培種臺農一號(TNG1)幼苗生長之平均 ED50 濃度。結果顯示一葉期幼苗對於本達隆之反應較其他五時期敏感。根據TNG1之ED90及ED25,從257個玉米自交系中分別篩選出10個最具耐性及感性自交系,經多次篩選後,分別選定自交系LU21及TN89作為耐性及感性材料,與TN1比較其耐性比率分別為3.3及0.5,耐感性相差達6倍。 |
英文摘要 | Dose-responses to foliar applied bentazon of corn growth at three vegetative growth stages were conducted in summer and winter seasons, respectively, prior to further screening of bentazon-tolerant or -susceptible lines of inbred corn. According to the analysis of log-logistic model for the three growth characteristics, i.e., plant height, shoot fresh weight, and dry weight, as well as to the probit analysis model for the injury index, the averaged ED50 (effective dosage of bentazon causing 50 % reduction of growth response) for seedling growth of corn cv. Tainung 1 (TNG1) was determined 7 and 14 d after treatment. The seedling growth at V1 stage (the developmental stage of vegetative growth for corn plant with one completely developed leaf on shoot) was more sensitive to bentazon than at the other five stages. Based on the ED90 and ED25 of TNG1, ten of the most tolerant and susceptible lines were subsequently selected from 257 inbred lines. After three consecutive screening cycles, line LU21 and TN89 were referred as a tolerant and a susceptible line, with tolerance ratio of 3.3 and 0.5, respectively, as compared with the ED50 of TNG1. |
