中文摘要 | 電子束與雷射束銲接因具有高能量密度,使得銲道熱輸入量較少,故可以產生性 質較佳之銲道,因此適用於鋁合金之接合;本研究即以此兩種銲接方法,銲接 8090 鋁合金 ,結果發現電子束銲道產生之孔洞小而均勻分佈,抗拉強度接合效率可達約 80 %,但衝擊 值接合效率只達約 30 %,另外銲道之抗拉強度及衝擊值均隨銲接熱輸入量或功率之增加而 下降。在雷射銲道方面,雖然抗拉強度和電子束相當,但衝擊值卻較小,只達約 20 %之接 合效率,此與雷射銲道裡易產生較大孔洞有關。整體而言,電子束與雷射束銲接應用於鋁合 金,可得性質優於傳統銲接的銲件,其中又以電子束銲接更適於鋁合金。 |
英文摘要 | The high power density welding such as EBW and LBW were low heat input during welding, so they were suitable for aluminium alloys welding process. The properties of 8090 Al-Li alloy welds welded by EBW and LBW were evaluated in current study. The porosity in EBW welds was small and equal distribution. The joint efficiency of strength was neighborhood 80%, but that of impact toughness was alout 30% only. Besides, the strength and toughness of welds decreased with the increasing of welding power or heat imput. The strength of LBW welds was similar to EBW'S but the impact toughness was smaller, the joint efficiency was about 20% only. The smaller toughness of LBW welds was due to the large and much porosity. In general, the high power density welding processes were more suitable to aluminium alloys than traditional welding processes, espicially on EBW weld. |
