中文摘要 | 鋁鋰合金銲接性的理論探討及電子束銲接的實驗結果為本論文之主要內容。由理 論探討發現鋁鋰合金為一可銲接之材料,尤其是以電子束銲接時,其效果尤佳。由實驗得到 8090 鋁鋰合金銲接後之抗拉強度約 210 ∼ 240MPa, 剪力強度約 150 ∼ 170MPa,兩者之 銲接效率均率約 80 %;而剝裂強度約在 25 ∼ 56N/mm 之間。在搭接件中,若接合面具有 適當的組織結構及較少之孔洞,則將呈現較佳的剪力強度及剝裂強度,且在銲穿試驗中,銲 穿深度最高達 10mm。 |
英文摘要 | In this paper, the weldability of the Al-Li alloys were examined and the experimental results of the Electron Beam Welding (EBW) in 8090 Al-Li alloy were presented. The Al-Li alloys can be welded by many welding processes, however, the electron beam welding was the best welding process. The tensile and lap-shear strength varied within 210-240 MPa and 150-170 MPa, respectively, in 8090 Al-Li alloy welds. The welding efficiency of 80% can be achieved, and the peel strength varied within larger range of 20-56 N/mm. The lap-shear strength in full penetrated welds was basically constant while it varied appreciably in partially penetrated welds with different welding depths. Typically, a maximum lap-shear strength would be obtained when an optimum welding depth was achieved. It was also found that the strength varied with the porosity area fraction and microstructure on the bond surface. |
