中文摘要 | 本文以光學及電子顯微鏡觀察大豆自然葉片斑紋突變種 Ogemaw。這種 自然葉片斑紋突變因為發生在葉子發育後期,因此只有細小的白色斑紋出現。以 光學顯微鏡視察葉片橫切面,得知因為參與突變的葉肉細胞層數不同,所以形成 正常綠、淺綠、極淺綠與白色等四種葉表色澤深淺不一的現象。而類似的結果也 曾經在另兩種大豆葉片斑紋突變種T225M及E25-10被發現。然而,當以電子顯微 鏡視察白色葉片組織時,葉肉細胞內不含成熟的葉綠體,而葉綠體形成的前驅色 素體確實存在。因此,Ogemaw的白色斑紋突變,可能阻礙了葉綠體形成。 |
英文摘要 | A Spontaneously occurring variegated leaf mutant fromthe soybean line Ogemaw which produces small white sectorson an otherwise green leaf has been characterized via lightand electron microscopy. Because most of the mutation towhite occur late in leaf development, no large white sectorshave yet been observed. Observations of four shadings, normalgreen sectors (G), light green sectors (LG), very light greensectors (VLG), and white sectors (W) with light microscopeshowed a similar pattern as observed in T225M and E25@10,two other soybean variegated leaf mutants, in cell layer(s)involved in the mutation. The white sectors of variegatedOgemaw leaves contain no chloroplasts at all. However theintermediate developmental form of chloroplasts (plastids) weredetected by electron microscope. The possible causes in theretardation in chloroplast development in Ogemaw whitesectors was presented. |
