| 中文摘要 | 本研突是以流動鯛胞儀分析胃癌病人的胃癌組織的去氧核糖核酸 1DNA1含量。共有2z位胃癌患者接受本項流動細胞儀研究,包括男性I7位,女性 5位。平均年齡為64.5歲,年齡範圍自30歲至84歲。胃腫瘤的外觀、大小、位置、 侵犯深度及淋巴結轉移與否均記錄並分析。本研究中,共有吆位胃癌病人之UNA 為非雙套體,佔54.5@/.,而胃癌組織之DNA為雙套體的有山位,佔45.57.。胃癌 組織之DNA含量與年齡,性別,腫瘤大小,腫瘤位置並無有意義差別。有淋巴結 轉移之胃癌病人中有63.6仇為非雙套體DNA。外觀為Borrmanr第二型之4例胃癌 病人均為非雙套體。外觀為Borrmann第三型胃癌病人中,有半數病人為DNA非雙 套體,其餘半數病人則為DNA雙套體,早期胃癌病人有5位,其中4位病人之胃癌 組織DNA為雙套體。我們的結果顯示胃癌組織之DNA含量與年齡,性別,腫瘤大 小,腫瘤位置並無有意義差別。DNA含量與Borrmann分類型態市無有意義差別 (P=0.109)。進行性胃癌病人有百分之六十以上為DNA非雙套體,早期胃癌病人有 百分之八十為DNA雙套體。早期胃癌或進行性胃癌之DNA含量亦無有意義的差別 (P=0.21)。(慈濟醫學 1995;7:21-28) |
| 英文摘要 | The DNA ploidy of gastric adenocarcinoma was analysed by flow cytorntric study. There were22 patients of gastric adenocarcinoma including 17 male, 5 female patients received the flowcytometric study. The mean age was 64.5 years-old with range of 36 years-old to 84 years-old.The tumor was classified according to the macroscopic appearance. The size, location, depth ofinvasion and lymph node metastasis was recorded for analysis. Aneuploid was observed in 54.5(12/22) of the patients with gastric adenocarcinoma. Diploid was observed in 45.5 (10/22) ofthe patients with gastric adenocarcinoma. Aneuploidy was found to be 63.6 of the gastricadenocarcinoma with regional lymph node metastasis. There is no significant difference betweenthe ploidy of the tumor and the age, sex, size and tumor location. Terer were 4 patients ofBorrmann's type II gastric cancer and all these adenocarcinoma showed aneuploidy. Half of thepatients with Borrmann's type III gastric cancer showed aneuploidy while the other half patientsshowed diploidy pattern. There were 5 patients of early gastric cancer and diploidy was observedin 4 of the 5 patients. Our results showed that the DNA ploidy had no significant difference between the age, sex, tumor size and tomor location. Aneuploidy DNA was found to be more than60 in advanced gastric adenocarcinoma and diploid DNA was found to be 80 of early gastric cancer. However, there is no significant difference between the ploidy pattern and the typesof Borrmann's classification (p=0.109) and no significant difference of ploidy pattern between theearly or advanced gastric cancer (p=0.21) in our study at present.
