中文摘要 | 本研究計畫主要目的在探討臺灣地區建築物室內生活噪音及振動之問題,基顧音振動現況之調查測試評估結果,提出有效的評估方法及室內噪音規範值,以提昇國內建築物室內音環境品質。本研究主要內容如下: (一)臺灣地區室內生活音振動現況問卷調查對臺灣地區不同類型建築物的室內噪音及振動問題,作全盤性之問卷調查。就高分貝環境噪音、近鄰噪音、樓版衝擊系噪音、給排水系噪音及動等音源,統計分析其因擾程序、發生時域及發生來源。 (二)室內生活噪音振動測試及主觀反應調查對選定的建築物案例集行噪音及振動之儀器測,解析噪音及振動之發生級數、頻譜特性、發生次及持續時間等物理量,同時配合當地居民主觀態度問卷調查,就居民對音環境的認知、主觀意識反應等項目進行分析探討。 (三)本土化室內噪音及振動評估方法之擬議以國際上現有的評估方法模擬操作評估噪音振動實測之物理量,並與問卷調查統計之困擾度作迴歸分析,由相關度之解析進而對適合本土化特性之噪音及振動評估方法作一擬議。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this study is to explore the problem of building interior living noise and vibration in Taiwan area and provide an effective evaluation method and interior living noise specifications based on the existing noise and vibration evaluation results in order to upgrade the interior sound environment quality of domestic buildings. The main contents of this study are: 1. Questionnaire investigation on interior living noise and vibration in Taiwan area. This is to make an overall questionnaire investigation on the interior living noise and vibration of buildings for different purposes in Taiwan area. Focusing on high intensity environmental noises, neighborhood noise, floorimpact sound, water supply and discharge system noise and vibration, we make a statistical analysis on their disturbance levels, occurring time and places, and sources. 2. Interior living noise and vibration test and subjective reaction investigation. We use instruments to perform noise and vibration test of selected buildings and then analyze the tested physical quantities, such as noise class, frequency spectrum characteristic, occurring frequency and duraction, etc. At the same time, analytical study is also made on residents' sound environmental knowledge and subjective reaction according to local residents' subjective attitude questionnaire investigation. 3. A suggestion of localized interior noise and vibration evaluation method. We employ existing international evaluation methods to simulate noise and vibration evaluation on the measured physical quantities and make a regression analysis together with the statistical disturbance level from the questionnaire investigation. Through the relative analysis, this study suggests a evaluation method which is suitable for local noise and vibration characteristics. |
