中文摘要 | 本試驗以木材鉋花為原料添加防火藥劑於膠合劑中製作粒片板,比較不同添加防火藥劑對於粒片板耐燃性能之影響,試驗結果如下:1.鉋花若未經耐燃處理,直接於膠合劑中添加防火藥劑製成之粒片板,耐燃性能優於未添加防火藥劑者。添加四種防火藥劑中,除氧化鎮處理之效果最差外,其它三種藥劑間並無顯著差異。2.鉋花若未經耐燃處理,膠合劑中防火藥劑之添加量雖高達15%,亦不能有效提升耐燃性,反不如用量10%者。3.鉋花先混拌氧化鎂作為耐燃處理,並於膠合劑中添加防火藥劑壓製成粒片板,其耐燃性不如預期佳,且氧化鎂之添加量愈高,耐燃性愈低;且與成板密度的減少呈正相關;顯示鉋花中若大量添加氧化鎂將不利於膠合劑之膠結,進而影響耐燃性。4.鉋花浸泡氯化鋅及硫酸鹽類等藥劑為耐燃處理,並於膠合劑中添加防火藥劑壓製成粒片板,以表面燃燒機試驗其耐燃性,除了添加氧化鎂者(D型板)外,均可達耐燃三級之要求。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this study was to investigate the incombustibility of fire-retardant treated particle boards. The results are summarized as follows: 1. The incombustibility of particle board added with fire retardant in adhesive is better than that of untreated particle board. 2. The addition of magnesium oxide in fireproof particle board decreases the incombustibility. 3. Fire-retardant preimpregnated particle board, adding fire retardant in adhesives as binder, passed the combustiblity test for approved "Grade 3 Incombustibility" materials. 4. Incombustibility of fire retardant treated particle board in this study highly depends on the fire-retardant preimpregnation step and the density of particle board. |
