中文摘要 | 本研究目的在探討不同回饋方式與目標難度對排球發球表現及狀態性焦慮的影響,及分析目標難度與回饋方式兩者間是否有交互作用存在。以德明技術學院150名女學生為實驗對象,平均年齡18.27歲,平均身高164.07公分,平均體重57.40公斤,以排球發球做為運動技能測驗項目,進行四週,每週兩次的練習。所得資料以相依樣本t考驗、獨立樣本單因子變異數分析、獨立樣本二因子變異數分析、獨立樣本t考驗進行統計分析。研究結果顯示:一、不同回饋方式對排球的發球表現上有顯著差異存在(有回饋優於無回饋)。二、不同目標難度對排球發球的表現上有顯著差異存在(高難度目標優於低難度目標)。三、回饋方式與目標難度對排球發球表現沒有交互作用影響。四、不同回饋方式對排球發球的狀態性焦慮有顯著差異存在(有回饋優於無回饋)。五、不同目標難度對排球發球的狀態性焦慮有顯著差異存在(高難度目標優於低難度目標)。六、回饋方式與目標難度對排球發球的狀態性焦慮沒有交互作用影響。七、各實驗組與控制組在排球發球的表現上有顯著差異存在(除高難度目標無回饋組外、其他各組皆優於控制組)。八、各實驗組與控制組在排球發球的狀態性焦慮有顯著差異存在(各實驗組皆優於控制組)。 |
英文摘要 | This study investigated the effects of different feedback types and goal difficulties to volleyball serves and situational anxiety in order to analyze interactions among these various. The subjects of this study which aimed the volleyball serves practices four weeks, twice a week includes150 female students (average age =18.27, average height =164.07, average weight =57.40 ) calculating by paired t-test, one-way ANOVA, two-way ANOVA. The results were as fellow: 1. difference existed in different feedback type volleyball serves. 2. difference existed in different goal difficulty volleyball serves. 3. non-interactive effects between feedback type and goal difficulty volleyball serves. 4. difference existed in different feedback type to situational anxiety volleyball serves. 5. difference existed in goal difficulty to situational anxiety volleyball serves. 6. non-interactive effects between feedback type and goal difficulty to situational anxiety volleyball serves. 7. difference existed volleyball serves between experimental and control group.8. difference existed situational anxiety volleyball serves between experimental and control group. |
