中文摘要 | 本研究主要目的在於探討太極養生功訓練對大學女生焦慮與憂鬱的影 響及持續效果。本研究以國立體育學院運動保健學系一至三年級特質焦慮量表與 曾氏憂鬱量表得分高於該系女生平均數以上之35名女生為研究的受試者,並隨機 分派為實驗組(18名)與控制組(17名)。實驗組參與「太極養生功訓練」課程為期 十五週,每週三次,每次練習約六十分鐘。控制組則不予處理,但要求在十五週 的實驗處理期間,儘量不要改變運動習慣。以「情境一特質焦慮量表」及「曾氏 憂鬱量表」為研究工具,研究所得資料以混合設計二因子變異數分析進行考驗。 本研究獲得下述結論: 1.「太極養生功訓練」後對實驗組在「特質性焦慮」、「狀態性焦慮」及「憂 鬱」均低於控制組。 2.在實驗處理結束十二過後,實驗組在「特質性焦慮」及「憂鬱」均低於控制 組。 |
英文摘要 | The purposes of this study were (1)to explore the experimental effect of Tai Chi Quantraining on anxiety and depression; and(2)to study the follow-up effect of Tai Chi Quantraining on anxiety and depression. There were 35 subjects chosen frome the Department ofAthletic Training & Health of National College of Physical Education & Sports, and thesubjects were randomly assigned to experimental group (n=18) and control group (n=17).The member of experimental group participated in the Tai Chi Quan training for 15 weeks.All data were analyzed by mixed factor design two-way ANOVA. The main findings of this study were as follows : (1)The positive significant experimentaleffects were found on the Trait Anxiety Inventory ' State Anxiety Inventory * and DepressionScale.(2) The follow-up effects were found on the Trait Anxiety and Depression Scale. |
