中文摘要 | 本報告就壓力鋼管因水流的原因而導致振動的問題提出解釋及防制之 道。當水流速在鋼管內超過某一臨界值時,鋼管會產生劇烈的振動,這類問題是 由於因水流而產生結構的不穩定性,而其現象屬於樑型態的屈挫不穩定及薄殼的 flutter不穩定,文中提出了防制之道。此外對於鋼管因共振而產生的振動亦提出 了說明。 |
英文摘要 | The report presents the design considerates for fluidconveying pipes. Pipe structures exhibit strong vibrationswhen the flowrate exceeds a critical value. This type of vib-ration is charaterized as the instability of structures due tothe presence of fluid flow. A beam model is used to show the vibrational instability. When the thickness of wall tubes issmall compared with radius and flow rate is beyond somecritical value, fluttering occurs in circumferential modes. Adesign guideline is proposed to prevent the violent vibrationsthat might occur in fluid conveying pipe systems. This reportalso discuss resonance phenomenon occured in piping structures. Attention is paid to the situations that the naturalfrequency of pipe is influenced by the presence of fluid flowwhich is an essential characteristic when resonance problemsare considered. |
