中文摘要 | 本文乃是研究射出成型機射出速度之液壓控制。將文獻推導所得之系統動態模式,再配合系統實際測量的輸入及輸出訊號,利用BLOCK-BOX系統鑑別法來修正系統動態模式,使得此動態模式更符合系統真實狀態。另外本研究更發展了一完整之系統鑑別與製程控制法則設計步驟,在未知的負載與非線性程序動態下有一良好的追蹤能力。分析結果顯示在Ziegler-N ichols/PID 控制器、R-S-T/PID控制器與Deadbeat控制器三種控制法則中,Deadbeat控制器對射出成型製程之充填速度能最快速達到預期的控制效果。 |
英文摘要 | The research concerns about the hydraulic pressure control on the filling yelocity of injection mechine. The system dynamic model is developed first. Then it is modifìed by applying BLOCK-BOX system according to imput aud output signals. The modified dynamic model would respond more closeto the real situation of the system. An intact set of desingn steps for system identification and process control principles were also developed to obtain excellent tracing abilities under under unknown loads and nonlinear processing dynamics. The result shows that among Ziegler-Nichols/PID control, R-S-T/ PID control and Deadbeat control, the latter can proide the best effciency and satisfied effects on the filling speed control in the injection molding process. |
