中文摘要 | 就國產發泡型阻燃塗料一種(代號L),比照CNS 11728「建築用防火塗料」 檢驗法,採用4mm柳安合板,並按照同法所指定CNS 6532「建築物室內裝修材料 之耐燃性試驗法」所規定耐燃3級(加熱6分鐘)及耐燃2級(加熱10分鐘)表面試驗, 探討塗布量、試體含水率及基材密度對耐燃性之影響,並比較不同廠牌之阻燃效 應;結果顯示: 1.塗布量與阻燃效應成正相關:國產塗料L以塗布量450g/m�揖H上時可通過耐燃3 級,但塗布量雖然增加至736g/m�插A亦未能通過耐燃2級,多失敗於餘焰時間及 發煙係數。 2.試體之含水率及基材密度與阻燃效應成正相關,尤其加熱時間延長時,即耐 燃2級試驗時比3級試驗時影響大。 3.本試驗所採用國產二種 (代號H和L)及外國產二種 (代號F和B)之阻燃效應大 小為H>L>F>B,國產二種通過耐燃3級 (塗布量607~ 695g/m��),外國產二種竟未 能通過耐燃3級 (塗布量603~614g/m��)檢驗,主要失敗於餘焰時間超過規定之30 秒。 |
英文摘要 | One of the domestic intumescent paints (L) was applied to the4-mm thick Lauan plywood with varying coating amounts, moisturecontents of treated panel, and density of base plywood for studyingthe reducing effects of combustibility in accordance with "6-rnin.heating Grade 3 and 10-min. heating Grade 2 Incombustibility" of thesurface test as specified in CNS 11728 (identical with JIS K 5661) andCNS 6532 (identical with JIS A 1321). The another one of domesticproducts (H) and two of imported ones (F and B) were also used inthe same way for comparison. The experimental results are summarized as fellows: 1.The incombustibility of treated panel increased with increasingof coated amount. The domestic one (L) with coating amount of 450 g/ m�� or more met the requirements of Grade 3 test, but failed inGrade 2 test even the coated amount increased to 736 g / m��,particularly in meeting the after flame and fuming factorrequirements. 2.The incombustibility of test pieces was directly proportional tothe moisture content of treated panel and density of base plywood,and the effect was greater in Grade 2 test than that in Grade 3 test. 3.The reducing effect of combustibility caused by surface coatingwith two domestic intumescent paints (H and L) and two importedones (F and B) was in the order of H >L >F >B. The two domesticproducts met the requirements of Grade 3 incombustility test withcoated amounts of 607 ~695 g/m, but the two imported productsfailed in the same test even with coating amounts of 603 ~614 g/m��,mainly in meeting the after flame requirement of less than 30seconds. |
