中文摘要 | 本研究旨在評析「人種誌」實際應用在教師實習的研究中的可行性。以Petersen和張芬芬二篇博士論文為例,根據其蒐集資料、分析資料等十二個研究設計項目,分析其使用人種誌來進行教師實習研究之優缺點,發現有:可提供詳細的第一手資料、能呈現與教師實習有關的各種脈絡情境資料、經查核與補充可增資料之確實可靠性、提供研究人員更多反省與思考的空間等四項優點;但也有三項限制:在龐雜的研究資料中很難掌握方向、研究者本身的主觀性很難避免、不易兼具跨科際整合之知識。綜合研究結果,人種誌之研究方法運用在教師實習研究中,是研究者可採行的途徑之一。 |
英文摘要 | The capability of the applying ethnography on the research of the teacher’s practice was evaluated in this study. The research design of the Ph. D. dissertations of Petersen and Jang, F.-F. were used as examples. The analyses of research design were performed on these doctor theses according to twelve terms, such as data collection and data analysis. The four advantages of applying ethnography on the research of the teacher’s practice were found that by ethnography, researcher obtain detail first-hand data, context information concerning teacher’s practice, enhanced precision by resupply information and check during the study, and more reflection and thinking. However, three disadvantages were also found that researcher have too much information to clearly indicating key point of study, subjectivity which could not be avoided easily, less inter-disciplinary knowledge. The results of this study clearly indicate that the application of ethnography on the research of teacher’s practice is a useful approach. |
