中文摘要 | 對優良基因型之選拔有效的穩定性統計量,必須可重複在不同的環境樣本進行選拔。本研究以本省玉米區域試驗資料為分析材料,探討非介量穩定性統計量的重複性,並與直線迴歸分析法所得之結果作一比較討論。重複性被定義為基因型於所有環境子集合的穩定性估值在群中的排序均能維持相同。穩定性估值的重複性可利用Spearman之序列相關及Kendall之一致性係數來估計。平均絕對順位差(S⁽¹⁾)及順位變方(S⁽²⁾)之兩個非介量測量值,對不同地區或年度均為不可重複。除了極端環境以外,迴歸係數(b)、迴歸係數離平均迴歸之差(|b-1|)及平均產量(m)具有重複性,而迴歸離差均方(S²d)為中度可重複。任何穩定性估值對極端環境子集合都不可重複。重複性估計值的可信賴程度,會隨著分析中的環境數增加而提高。 |
英文摘要 | For stability statistics to be useful in the selection of superior genotypes, they must be repeatable across sets of the environments. The purpose of this study was to examine the repeatability of the non-parametric measures for stability. Comparsion of nonparametric with the regression stability measures was made by analyzing data from the 1987-1989 regional trials of maize lines in Taiwan. Repeatability was defined as the rank order of the genotypes in the group for the values of a stability estimator will remain the same in all sunbsets of environments. Spearman's rank correlation coefficient and Kendall's concordance coefficient were employed as tools to evaluate repeatability of the stability estimators. The nonparametric stability measures S⁽¹⁾ (mean absolute rank difference) and S⁽²⁾ (variance of ranks) were not repeatable across different sets of locations or different years. The regression coefficient (b), regression coefficient away from mean regression (|b-1|), and mean yield (m) were repeatable between subsets of environments excluding the extreme. The mean squares deviation from regression (S²d) was median repeatable. Any stability estimators were not repeatable across the extreme subsets of environments. Reliability of the repeatability estimates increased with the number of environments included in the analyses. |
