中文摘要 | 19個玉米自交系及1個單交栽培種(對照),在本省三個不同環境栽培,利 用三種不同調查方法估算莖稈受害程度,做為檢定各玉米品系在開花期對亞洲玉 米螟抗蟲性之標準。其中以莖稈受害率(蟲孔長度/莖稈長度)估算玉米植抹在開花 期之螟害程度,較能顧及株高有顯著差異時之不同基因型植株間之抗螟性比較。 本試驗之玉米參試材料中,熱帶及溫帶型自交系間對玉米螟之平均抗性無顯著差 異。玉米植株開花期與輪生期受亞洲玉米螟之為害程度並無顯著相關。參試材料 植株開花期之抗螟性易受不同栽培環境之影響,即使相對抗惟亦無穩定性之表 現。 |
英文摘要 | Ninteen inbred lines and one hybrid corn were planted in 3 environmentincluding 2 locations from 1985 till 1986, which were evaluated the resistanceat pollen-shedding stage to the Asian corn borer by three assessmentalmethods. Among then, rate of stalk damage (RSD = Length of stalk-boringtunnel/Length of stalk), was suggested to be the more feasible one, coulddiminish the interference owing to the diversity of stalk length amonggenotype. There was no significant difference in mean damages of stalksbetween temperate and tropic corn entries. Also no significant correlationbetween the stalk damages and leaf-feeding ratings in plant was found. There sistance in plant at pollen - sheeding stage for all entries to the Asian cornhorer, was easily affected with the change of cultural environments. So even form the relative resistance it was unstable. |
