中文摘要 | 本文應用共軛梯度最佳化法來同時預測果蔬的熱傳導係數與熱對流係數,此預測 法是將問題解析成(一)直接問題(二)敏感問題(三)梯度方程式等三個疊代步驟,並配 合有限差分法來數值運算,文中將有詳細的推導過程。經測試結果顯示:對於本問題必須採 兩點溫度量測點,且其中一點的位置必須非常靠近加熱源,才能順利進行預測,且對初始猜 測值易於設定、收斂速度相當快,並且預測值十分可靠。從結果分析顯示欲提高預測準確度 必須降低量測系統的量測誤差,兩點溫度量測位置須愈靠近或延長量測時間或提高熱對流係 數值的實驗裝置等,以上設計要點,可提供實驗裝置的設計準則。 |
英文摘要 | This paper employed conjugate gradient optimization to simultaneously predict k and h. Predicting procedures are iteratively computed via the numerical finite difference method by following three steps: (1) direct problem, (2) sensitivity problem, (3) gradient equation. Results of analysis from an illustrative example indicated that two measured temperature points are essential required for implementing stable predicting processes in the present problem. the results of testing analysis clearly pointed out some advantages for the present method including high speed convergence, the wide ranges of initial guessed values for prediction of computation and the high reliability of simultaneously estimated values of k and h. Finally the keypoints for designing experimental apparatus were suggested for incorporating with the present method in the present method. |
