中文摘要 | 在登革熱病媒管制的工作中,除了加強衛生教育、清除病媒孳生源降低病媒密度 、注意殺蟲劑之安全使用外,病媒斑蚊之種類、分布、生活史、棲群消長、孳生源種類、主 要傳病時期及使用防治等基本資料之收集、整理與運用等,均為病媒斑蚊監視與管制成功的 先決條件。然而上述各種資料不但屬區域性變數,且均隨地理空間之不同而異。傳統所用的 資料庫管理系統( DBMS )因缺乏空間位相關係( topology )資訊而無法將各登革熱相關 資料有效分析與運用。 本報告除對地理資訊系統( GIS )加以說明外,並介紹目前所建立 之高雄市三民區登革熱病媒蚊監視系統。期望藉此原型(prototype)系統架構之 探討說明本監視系統之建立方法與涵蓋內容,以及將來對這些龐大空間相關資料的管理、操 作與分析的可行性。使登革熱病媒的長期管制與決策資訊的提供更為正確與有效。 |
英文摘要 | In a successful management program of dengue vectors, not only health education, source reduction or insecticide application should be conducted, but all the basic information can also be manipulated properly and efficiently. Those information includes the surveys of species, dispersal, dynamics of vectors, the detection of breeding source, as well as the records of dengue cases and epidemic periods. Most of the above information expressing as regionalized variables always vary spatially and/or temporally. However, dut to the deficiency of topology information, the conventional database management system can not efficiently analyze those dengue related data. Thus, we try to apply the geographic information system (GIS) on the monitoring of dengue vectors. The purposes of this report are to introduce the basic concepts of GES, to describe the framework of the prototype of dengue vector monitoring system which was built by the data collected from sanmin area, Kaoshiung city, Taiwan, and to indicate the possibility of using this system to manipulate those spatially correlated datqa and support the decision making in the control of dengue disease. |
