中文摘要 | 本研究係藉特殊之飼料配方設計以母雞雞體作為一反應爐( Reactor ),進行 雞蛋中含高量鐵、碘、維生素、EPA (高度不飽和脂肪酸)及低膽固醇等成份之高品質雞蛋 生產技術的各種試驗,並對於蛋殼品質及飼料中不添加抗白冠病藥物等作一完整之探討。 本研究之特殊飼料配方設計,可提升雞蛋成份( 100 克蛋黃中含量)為:鐵 4.64mg(120%) ,碘 0.42mg(1400%) 維生素 A 5630IU(160%),EPA 60mg(300%),膽固醇 1.2gm(80%)。 可 改善雞蛋品質為:蛋殼強度= 4,不易破,而無微生物之污染。蛋黃色澤= (12yolk color fan vaule),而蛋白評定為豪氏單位( Haugh unit )= 80, 具有保護蛋黃成分不被氧化 之功能。 又雞籠高度在 2.4 公尺以上,可不需添加抗因白冠病藥物,白冠病之傳染媒糠蚊 ,在 2.4 公尺以上即不存在。 |
英文摘要 | This research uses hens as reactors, which are further divided into control and experimental gropups. The control group are fed with the oridary ration while the experimental group are fed with the ration based on an improved feed formula. After a period of time, the quantity of minerals, vitamins, EPA and cholesterol of each egg layed by both groups is detected and the quality of egg yolk, egg white, egg shell thickness & strength of both groups is also compared. The resluts show the quantity of iron, Iodine, vit A, cholesterol and EPA in each egg of experimental group is obviously much larger than that of control group. But a contrary effect happens to the quantity of cholesterol, also the strength of the egg shell. The yolk colur fan value and the Haugh unit of egg white are better in experimental group in comparison with control group. Besides, we can make a conclusion that it is unnecessary to add Anti-avian leucocytozonosis drug in ration if the cages are put high enough from the ground where the carriers of Leucocytozonosis-culicodes don,t exist. |
