英文摘要 | The previous experimental results showed that the optimum super plastic for mingtemperature for Ti6A14V alloy is 950℃, and for Ti6A16V2Sn alloy is 850℃. This furtherexperiment made comparisons between both alloys with their formability, which includedforming speed, thickness distribution and changes of microhardness and microstructure. The results show that for a thin sheet with thickness of 1mm and forming diameter of30mm, the forming height(H) can be xpressed as a function of time(t) and pressure(p).For Ti6A14V alloy: H = exp [ (-2.23E���裴��+6.80E�笐孿-0.026) x t ] x (8.91E�笐孿�� -0.120p+11.52)For Ti6A16V2Sn alloy: H = exp [ (-7.47E�笐�+3.60E�笐孿-0.018)xt] x(1.64E�笐犁��-0.031p+ 7.85) The variation in thickness profile of Ti6A16V2Sn is more significant than that of Ti6A14V. In both cases, microhardness changes are small, however, with increasing time, the grain grows and becomes more equi-axial. |
