中文摘要 | 本文研究被覆氮化鉻塗層之鈦合金氫脆化行為對破裂韌性之影響。試片 經氮化鉻塗層被覆後,以電化學充氫法在不同時間下充氫,最後以平面應力破裂 韌性模式求出Kc值。氮化鉻塗層則以GDOS,SEM及X-Ray介析其成份和組織結 構。由結果顯示Ti-6Al-4V合金隨充氫時間的增加其氫脆化行為愈明顯,破裂韌性 Kc值亦因氫脆化影響跟著降低。CrN塗層可有效阻止氫滲透而防止氫脆化現象, 保持破裂韌性Kc值,但CrN塗層亦因在HNO�停j酸中浸泡144小時後,受侵蝕而 溶解或剝落。 |
英文摘要 | The effect of hydrogen embrittlement on fracture toughness of titanium alloy with CrN coating was investigated in this study. Disk-shape compact-tension C(T) specimens were First coated with CrN film, then following the hydrogen charged into the substrates by electrochemical method, and finally the fracture toughness were measured by plain-stress fracture toughness test method. GDOS, SEM and XRD were applied to analyze the surface characteristics. The results revealed that fracture toughness of as-received titanium alloy decreased with the increase of hydrogen charging time. For the titanium alloy coated with CrN film, fracture toughness retained even after hydrogen charging for 144 hours. Obviously, hydrogen permeation in HNO�� solution was effectively retarded by the CrN film, but it was at the sacrifice of the CrN film itself. |
