中文摘要 | 本文之目的在探討機械式與氣體式阻尼、勁度等參數,對氣壓驅動系統之力量與運動傳遞性能的影響;另外各種非綫性對於傳遞性能的影響,及活塞桿甚長或甚細時,由於勁度降低所產生對傳遞性能的影響亦將討論。文中首先建立非綫性系統之數學模式,並進行綫性化,其次驗證模式之可靠度,並在頻域下進行傳遞性能之參數分析。最後比較機械式與氣體式阻尼、勁度等對系統性能的影響,結果發現二種阻尼之效應相似,但以機械式阻尼之影響程度較大,至於勁度方面,則二種勁度之影響方式與程度均不同,而非綫性項中,以孔口流及氣體可壓縮性二者之合成效果,最為顯著。 |
英文摘要 | This paper studies force and motion transmissibility of pneumatic driving systems. The nonlinear model is developed firstly, and then uses the linearization technique to derive the linear model. In the time domain, the linear model evaluates the response of the system and compares to the nonlinear model. Parameter studies are carried out in frequency domain and results are presented in nondimensional form Effects of both mechanical and pneumatic parameters are examined. Nonlinear effects on transmissibility, which induced by friction, compressibility and orifice flow, will be investigated. Also, when the piston rod is long or slender, the effects caused by the rod stiffness will be included. In this paper, we find that the effects of the mechanical damping on transmissibility are similar to pneumatic damping. But, the mechanical and pneumatic stiffness have different effects on transmissibility. |
