中文摘要 | 本研究之目的旨在SKD61工具鋼底材上被覆無電鍍鎳鍍層,改變不同的 反應時間以便獲得不同的鍍層厚度,探求反應時間對鍍層沉積速率之關係,以及 利用壓痕觀察來評估不同的鍍層厚度對底材之黏附能力,以評估在何種鍍層厚度 時與底材間會有最佳之結合力;此外並進一步探討不同的鍍層厚度對其微硬度之 影響,茲將實驗分析及量測結果綜合歸納以下幾點結論: 1、 無電鍍鎳鍍層沉積速率為17-23μm/hr,隨反應時間的增長而逐漸降低。 2、 底材表面粗度愈小則被覆鍍層後其表面愈平滑且光澤度愈亮。 3、 10μm無電鍍鎳鍍層厚度與底材閒有較理想之黏附能力。4 4、 電鍍鎳鍍層隨其厚度的增加其微硬度減少。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this study is to coat the electroless plating nickel on SKD61tool steel substrate and to change the various response time in order to obtainvarious coating thickness. This study also investigates the relationship ofresponse time on coating deposition rate and utilizes indention to estimate theadhesive ability of various coating thickness on substrate. From this study,theoptimal adhesion can be estimated from the substrate and various coatingthickness. Moreover, the effects of various coating thickness onmicrohardness will be discussed. The conclusion from experimental analysisand measurement results can be summed as follows: 1.The electroless plating nickel deposition rate is 17-23 n m/hr and decreases as response time increases. 2. As the surface roughness of substrate decreases, the coating surface becomes smooth and bright. 3. When the electroless plating nickel coating thickness on substrate is 10 n m, the ideal adhesive ability can be obtained. 4. As the coating thickness of electroless plating nickel increases.the microhardness decreases. |
