中文摘要 | 碳化矽無電鍍鎳(Si/EN)複合鍍層是藉由無電鍍鎳鍍液將懸浮於溶液中的惰性碳化矽粒子,共同析鍍於底材上。本文介紹自製的曝氣攪拌裝置,使碳化矽粒子均勻懸浮於無電鍍鎳液中。並成功地將碳化矽無電鍍鎳(Si/EN)複合鍍層析鍍於高碳鋼(SK5)片和高鉻鋼珠上。 文章中探討熱處理前後,不同粒徑碳化矽無電鍍鎳(Si/EN)複合鍍層的微觀結構及機械性質(硬度、磨耗係數、磨耗量)。結果顯示以曝氣攪拌方式製備碳化矽無電鍍鎳(Si/EN)複合鍍層,鍍層中至少含有7.7vol%SiC含量。鍍層的硬度、耐磨耗性伴隨碳化矽無電鍍鎳(Si/EN)複合鍍層SiC含量增加而增加,而熱處理後硬度更提高約二倍,耐磨耗性則明顯改善。 |
英文摘要 | In this article, we provided a process to deposit the Electroless Nickel with Silicon particles (SiC/EN) composite coating on the high carbon steel (SK5) sheet and high Chromic steel ball. The SiC particles were deposited by the Electroles Nickel (EN) bath and were kept in suspension by our new designed agitation apparatus in this study. The mechanical behaviors (the structure, hardness, friction coefficient and wear)) of the SiC/EN layers of different SiC particle size were investigated. In addition, the heat treatment is other parameter used to compare these properties. The results reveal that at least 7.7vol% SiC paricles could co-deposit on EN surface by air pump agitation procedure. The hardness and wear resistance of SiC/EN composite coating layers increased with the amount of SiC particles co-deposited on the surface of the SiC/EN coatings. In addition, the hardness and wear resistance of the SiC/EN composite coatings was further improved after heat treatment. |
