中文摘要 | 本試驗以恆春地區單葉豆屬植物為材料,一方面探討分布於恆春半島野生單葉豆族群之DNA多型性,以提供育種改良的參考;另一方面評估收集之四種單葉豆屬的農藝性狀、營養成分、再生能力等,以做為野生豆料植物牧草化的參考。由RAPD分析結果,種間材料之DNA歧異性頗高,而種內不同採樣點間亦存在DNA多型性,唯相似性較高。圓葉鍊夾豆種內遺傳距離平均為0.26,山土豆種內遺傳距離平均為0.15。由以上結果顯示,分布於恆春半島自生之圓葉鍊夾豆及山土豆為具遺傳變異之異質族群,可在本地自然族群中進行選拔或遺傳改良。性狀評估方面參試品系之乾物產量以圓葉鍊夾豆最高,其次為山地豆,賽芻豆雖具最高鮮草產量,但乾物產量較低,山土豆之乾物產量與賽芻豆相近。粗蛋白質含量亦以圓葉鍊夾豆最高,兩次割期之平均值為23.7%。由本試驗結果,參試單葉豆屬中唯一具多年性質者為山土豆,但乾物產量不及圓葉鍊夾豆之半。圓葉鍊夾豆雖不具再生能力,但具高蛋白質及高產量特性,因此仍具有發展為夏季短期牧草之潛力。 |
英文摘要 | The DNA polymorphism of Alysicarpus collected from Heng-Chun peninsular were evaluated for determining their potential as forage legume. According to the RAPD fingerprint, high degree of genetic diversity existed among the species. Furthermore, DNA polymorphism were also found within species collected from different sites in Heng-Chun area. The average genetic distance was 0.26 within A. ovalifolius and was 0.15 within A. nummularifolius. It showed that A. ovaliifolius and A. nummularifolius were heterogenous populations. The selection and genetic improvement were feasible within or among species. From the primary observations of agronomic characteristics, A. nummularifolius was the only one having regrowth ability, but low in productivity. A. ovalifolius, with its high protein and dry matter productivity, though without regrowth ability, hadthe potential as a summer forage legume. |
