中文摘要 | 應用油中溶解氣體之分析以診斷預警變壓器的故障已被列為油浸式大 型變壓器例行維護的重要測試項目之一。此項測試工作基本上分為四部份:(1)從 變壓器採取絕緣油樣品,(2)萃取油中溶解的氣體,(3)應用氣體層析法分析氣體, (4)研判診斷變壓器的故障。作者對於其中萃取溶解氣體的操作程序,實驗開發載 氣流起泡萃取系統。接著在氣體分析時將氣體分成:(1)氫氣、(2)甲烷與一氧化碳、 (3)二氧化碳、乙烯、乙烷和乙炔等三組進行氣體層析以增加譜峰之分離度 (Resolution),此外,精心配製油中溶解氣體標準油作為分析系統校準用,確保分 析準確性。 各油中溶解氣體成份的飽和溶解度經試驗顯示,在25℃和50℃(一大氣壓下)依序 為:乙烷>乙烯>乙炔>二氧化碳>甲烷>一氧化碳>氫氣。本試驗研究結果可作為異 常變壓器之故障檢查的一些指引。 |
英文摘要 | Analizing the gases, which generated and dissolved ininsulating oil, has become one of the important testing items ofmaintainance for the large scale oil-immersed transformers. This job consists of following four steps:(1)taking insulatingoil sample from transformer; (2) extracting gases from oil;(3)analizing gases with gas chromatography; (4) diagnosingthe faults of transformer. The authors has developed a carrier gas bubbling systemfor extracting gases from oil. In order to improve the the peakresolution in the analysis, the extracted gases should beclassified into three groups (1)H��,(2)CH�淮nd CO,(3)CO��2,C�浹��,C�浹�� and C�浹��. A standard sample of gas in oil wascarefully prepared for calibration. The solubilities of gases in insulating oil were also tested.The result indicated that, under 1 atm, 25 ℃ or 50℃, thedissolving rates of various gases could be listed as follows:C�浹��>C�浹��>C�浹��>CO��>CH��>CO>H�狼he results of this study could be used as a guideline fordiagnosing the faults of trasformers whenever they were abnormal. |
