中文摘要 | 本試驗是以唇高處理,變化切唇的長度和使左右兩半端角不一致導致偏心、心厚處理、馬刺及導尖賦予等手段,進行鑽切試驗,得到下列幾個結果:(1)因唇高處理使切唇不等長,導致端角偏離鑽軸時會鑽出超直徑之孔穴,其真圓度,超過唇高誤差約兩倍。(2)因唇高處理,而切唇其有端角不等情形發生時,其鑽切扭矩顯著加大,鑽出如鈴口狀孔穴,鑽頭壽命也縮短。(3)心厚處理結果:X-type-thinning > N-type-thinning >S-type-thinning。(4)有賦予馬刺及導尖的鑽頭,所鑽的孔之無缺點百分率高達98%。(5)無論被鑽材密度大小,鑽切所須時間,隨著使用鑽頭之扭曲角和端角的加大而變長。 |
英文摘要 | The most important factors of determining the size of the drilled hole are the characterisics of the drill point. A drill is generally Considered a roughing tool capable of removing materiale quickly. It is not expected to finish a hole to the accuracy possible with a reamer. However, a drill can often be made to cut more accurately and efficiently by proper drill point grinding. This study has been used to Various point angles and lipclearance, in conjunction with thinning of drill web, Lip height treatment and with spur-guide on drill point. The objectives of this study were to abtain information on characteristics of drilling ability. Results obtained from this experiment are outlined as ths followlngs (1) Cutting lips unequal length cause chisel point to be off approximately twice the amount of eccentricity. (2) Cutting lips with unequal angles will cause one cutting edge to work harder than the other, this causes torsion strain, bellmouth holes, dapid dulling, poor tool life. (3) Thinning treatment had good efficency ratio than non-thinning X-type-thinning > N-type-thinning > S-type-thinning. (4) Given spur-quide bits had 98% non-defects in it's finished parts. (5) drilling time of certain depth of cut is increased with helix angle and point angle. |
