中文摘要 | 均度試驗土壤異質性評估之有效性,決定於基本單位小區及測量性狀的適當選擇。本研究目的在利用水稻均度試驗資料,針對Smith所建立之土壤異質性指標(b)的方法,探明基本單位及測量性狀這兩個重要因素對均度試驗土壤異質性評估的影響。產量為最適合的測量性狀,其所估得之b值不會因為期作及小區形狀效應之不同而有差異;基本單位,則應選擇儘可能面積最小的小區,但要避免小區內植株個體間本身差異太大或可能缺區之影響。 |
英文摘要 | Efficient estimation of soils heterogeneity in uniformity trials depends on the choice of basic units and measured characters. The purpose is to use the rice uniformity trial data to investigate the influences of these two major factors on the estimation of Smith's soils heterogeneity index (b). Yield is the optimum character for measuring soil heterogeneity in uniformity trials, because there were no effects of seasons and plot-shape on the estimates of b for yield. Plots of basic unit should be as small as possible when there are small variation from the plants themselves and no missing plots. |
