中文摘要 | 本試驗採用花粉耐冷性較高之臺農67號及及花粉耐冷性較低之臺中秈10號為材料,進行外加離層酸處理,並分析低溫下花粉母細胞減數分裂期之花藥內生離層酸含量之變化,以探討離層酸對低溫下水稻花粉活力之影響。結果顯示外加離層酸處理對耐冷性不同之品種具有不同之影響程度,前處理1天後進行低溫處理4天,於始抽穗期檢定花粉活力,結果發現只有臺中秈10號會受外加離層酸處理影響,外加10¯⁴M離層理已有藥害出現,其餘較低濃度之處理則均可使低溫導致之花粉異常率降低,其中以外加10⁻⁷M離層酸處理之效果最佳,然而相同的處理對臺農67號卻無明顯影響,外加離層酸處理組之花粉異常率均與對照組相近。測定低溫尌花藥內生離層酸含量之影響,發現臺中秈10號之花藥經過低溫處理一天後會累積大量離層酸,但是隨著低溫處理日數之增加,離層酸內生量迅速下降,反而比對照組還要低。至於臺農67號花藥之內生離層酸含量,雖然也會因為低溫處理而上升,但是低溫1~4天間之變化並不大。 |
英文摘要 | This study was designed to elucidate the role of abscisic acid in relation to chilling-tolerance of rice pollens. Ghilling-tolerant cultivar, Tainung 67 (TNG 67), and chilling-sensitive cultivar, Taichung Sen 10 (TCG 10) were used as comparing materials. The ABA pretreatment, especially 10⁻⁷M ABA application, reduced aborted pollen ratio of chilled TCS 10. But the same treatment could not change pollen viability of TNG 67 compared with control plants. The ABA content in anthers of TNG 67 were higher than these of TCS 10 during panicle developmental stages. When anthers at PMC meiosis phase were subjected to 15/13°C, the accumulated ABA content was increased after chilling 1 day. However, the level of chilling induced ABA in TCS 10 decreased after chilling 2 days, and the level in TNG 67 maintained a higher content during chilling treatments. The above results suggested that ABA accumulation may be closed involved in the chilling-tolerance of rice pollens. |
