中文摘要 | 水稻臺農67號花粉較臺中在來1號的花粉耐低溫。兩品種花粉的游離脯胺酸含量均隨著發育而漸增加,且臺農67號其相對量較臺中在來1號高。低溫處理(12/12℃,日/夜溫)會造成臺中在來1號花粉內脯胺酸含量降低,而臺農67號較不受影響。開花前7日臺中在來1號花粉內生多元胺含量較臺農67號高,但低溫下,臺中在來1號花粉多元胺含量明顯降低,臺農67號則不受影響。花粉內生多元胺可能與精核及營養核的有絲分裂有關,故低溫造成多元胺含量減少可能導致花粉發育延遲。發粉發育過程中,臺農67號花粉內層離酸含量較臺中在來1號為穩定。低溫下,臺中在來1號發育期越早的花粉,其離層酸量累積越多。至於臺農67號的花粉,於低溫下,其離層酸累積量較在來1號為低。 |
英文摘要 | Levels of proline in pollens of rice cultivars Tainung 67 (TNG 67) and Taichung Native 1 (TCN 1) increased during the process of maturation. The porline content of TNG 67 (chilling-tolerant cultivar) pollen was higher than that of TCN 1 (chilling-sensitive cultivar) along all the pollen developmental stages. In response to 12°C chilling for 3 days, the proline content in TCN 1 pollens declined to a lower level than that in pollens of TNG 67. The polyamine contents of TCN 1 pollens were higher than that those of TNG 67 at different stages. After exposure to chilling, polyamine levels in TNG 67 pollens remained unchanged but those in TCN 1 pollens decreased significantly especially at developmental stage 4. The ABA contents in pollens of TNG 67 remained unchanged during pollen developmental stages. However, level of ABA in TCN 1 pollens was stimulated with chilling treatment. The chilling-induced ABA accumulation was sensitive at the early stage and less sensitive at the later stage. In general the accumulation of ABA was lower in pollens of TNG 67 than in pollens of TCN 1. |
