| 中文摘要 | 由於人體用磺胺類藥物可能會影響飲食中鐵的吸收,而豬肉中磺胺二甲嘧啶之殘留超出安全劑量之案例又時有報導,因此本研究以三十隻雄性剛斷奶之S.D.大白鼠平均分配至控制組(C),低劑量組(LS)及高劑量組(HS),每組十隻,分別以管餵方式每日每隻給予0μg,35μp或350μg磺胺二甲嘧啶。結果顯示磺胺二甲嘧啶每日劑量達350μg餵予大白鼠六個月,除了第五個月時,高劑量組的大白鼠飼料效率較差外,其它測定項目如:攝食量,體重,器官體重比,血球比容,血色素濃度,血清鐵,總鐵結合量及輸鐵蛋白飽和度皆不受影響。因此,飲食中磺胺二甲嘧啶達10ppm,不會影響大白鼠之生長,亦不致於引起缺鐵性的 貧血。 |
| 英文摘要 | The purpose of this study was to investigate if sulfamethazine (SMZ), acommon sulfa drug used in animal's feed, would cause iron-deficient anemia inrats. Thirty male weanling Sprague-Dawley rats were divided into 3 groups,including control (0 μg, C), Low-dose (35 μg, LS) and High-dose (350 μg, HS) groups. The rats were fed their prescribed diets for six months. Laboratoryc how and distilled water were provided ad lib. Results indicated that sulfamethazine ingestion up to 350 μg per day for 6 months had no effect on foodintake, body weight, organ/body weight ratio, hematocrit, hemoglobin content, mean corpuscular hemoglobin concentration, serum iron, total iron binding capacity and transferrin saturation, suggesting that 10 ppm of SMZ in diet would notinfluence the growth as well as cause the Fe-deficient anemia in rats. |
