中文摘要 | 本試驗之目的,在建立鵝隻於生長期間之基礎生長性狀及血液成分變化,並比較 鵝隻品種與性別間之生長性狀及血液成分差異。 本試驗選用白羅曼鵝及白色中國鵝各48隻,公母各半,自孵化後至24週齡為止,每間 隔三週重及測量直腸體溫,並採血分析其血液性狀。試驗結果顯示:在體重方面,各週齡均 以白羅曼鵝較白色中國鵝為重。白羅曼鵝與白色中國鵝比較,在體溫分別為38.2~41.50℃及 38.50~41.70℃,在3週齡時,兩品種鵝隻之體溫均較低,6週齡以後,鵝隻之體溫維持較穩 定;血球比容積分別為24~46%及15~44%,兩品種均隨週齡之增加而升高,至15週齡後則 降低;血紅素濃度分別為8.2~18.4g/dl及8.5~19.0g/dl,兩品種均隨週齡之增加而漸增,至18、 12週齡時達最高值,其後亦降低;血漿葡萄糖濃度分別為135.65~296.16mg/dl及 123.22~351.29mg/dl,兩品種均隨週齡之增加而呈不規則變化。 |
英文摘要 | This study was conducted to investigate the basic values of growth performance and hematological constituents in growing geese and to compare the difference between the breed and sex. Forty-eight White Roman goslings (24 males and 24 females) and forty-eight White Chinese goslings (24 males and 24 females ) were used in this experiment. During the experimental period, body weight and body temperature were recorded, and blood samples were collected at intervals of three weeks from hatch to 24 weeks of age. The results showed that the body weight of White Roman geese were heavier than those of White Chinese geese, and from 38.5 C to 41.7 C in White Chinese geese. Body temperatures of both breeds were lower in age of three weeks, but maintained stably after age of 15 weeks. The hemoglobin concentrations changed from 8.2/dl to 18.4 g/dl in White Roman geese and 8.5 g/dl to 19.0 g/dl in White Chinese geese. They increased by age until age of 18 and 12 weeks. The blood glucose concentrations changed from 135.65 mg/dl to 296.16 mg/dl in White Roman geese, and 123.22 mg/dl to 351.29 mg/dl in Chinese White geese. There changed unstable by age. Blood glucose concentrations became unstable when the goslings were older. |
