中文摘要 | 本篇研究主要在評估肘關節不同姿勢下,對雙手舉物肌力的影響。8O 名在校大學生做為受試者(男、女各40名),量測受試者體重、身高、手長、腳長 等人體參數值,利用FET 5000評估測試系統做雙手舉物肌力測試。 每位受試者雙腳站在相同位置,肩膀保持自然下垂,內收貼身,前臂外旋,雙手 上舉握把依肘關節彎曲30°、60°、90°、120°等四種位置做測試。 結果顯示:無論男、女在肘關節彎曲90°時的姿勢,雙手舉物力量平均值最低;男 性在120°最高,女性在30°最高;在四個不同肘關節彎曲的位置,舉物肌力測試 平均力量值在統計學上有明顯的差異性。此外,性別和體重對雙手舉物肌力值有 明顯的影響。這些資料的建立對於從事勞力工作,產生骨骼肌肉系統傷害者,可 以提供評估未來重回工作崗位和復健治療效果的參考。(中華物療誌 1995;20:(1)36-44) |
英文摘要 | This study investigated the effect of elbowposition on arm lifting strength in 80 collegestudents(40 males and 40 females). For eachsubject, anthropometric data such as bodyweight 、 body length along with the length ofupper and lower limb length were measured. AForce Evaluation & Testing system (FET 5000)was used to measure the arm lifting strenth inthe four testing positions. For each of the tests of lifting strength, thesubject stood with the shoulder adducted andforearm supinated while wrist was held in theneutral position. The four arm lifting strengthtests consisted of positions in which the elbowwas flexed at 30° 、 60° 、 90° and 120°. The results showed that the highest meanarm lifting strength was recorded when the elbow was positioned at 120° of flexion for malesand at 30° of flexion for females. Both groupshad the lowest arm lifting strength score withthe position of 90° elbow flexion. The arm lifting strength measured with the elbow at 90°flexion was significantly lower than otherpositions(30° ' 120°) . In addition, arm liftingstrength differed significantly for both sexes andfor body weight. The finding and data base establishment arevaluable in the evaluation and rehabilitationtraining of patients with musculo skeletalinjuries. (JPTA ROC 1995;20(1):36-44) |
