中文摘要 | 大紅紋鳳蝶(Byasa polyeuctes termessue Fruhstorfer) 與紅紋鳳蝶 (Pachliopta aristolochiae interpostitas Fruhstorfer) 為臺灣產大型鳳蝶, 幼蟲期皆 以馬兜鈴科 (Aristolochiaceae) 的植物為寄主植物。本研究乃就大紅紋與紅紋鳳蝶之生物 學基本資料,包括生活史、不同溫度對其生長發育的影響、產卵行為及幼蟲食葉量進行比較 探討。 結果得知在 20 ℃、25 ℃及 30 ℃溫度的條件下,兩者皆以 30 ℃時的發育為最快 ,分別為 44.27 天及 30.65 天,而以 20 ℃的發育為最慢,分別為 68.52 及 51.03 天; 在 20 ℃ --30 ℃之間,此兩種鳳蝶會隨溫度上升而發育速率變快,而且各溫度下紅紋鳳蝶 之發育速率皆快於大紅紋鳳蝶,顯示紅紋鳳蝶在館內之競爭條件較大紅紋鳳蝶為佳。在卵的 孵化率、化蛹率及羽化率方面,二者皆以 25 ℃者為最適宜之溫度。大紅紋鳳蝶之發育起點 為 4.48 ℃,較紅紋鳳蝶之 13.63 ℃為低,可知大紅紋鳳蝶為生活在較冷區域之種類; 而 有效積溫大紅紋鳳蝶則大於紅紋鳳蝶, 各為 1083.38 日度及 586.55 日度,由此可推測年 中代數以紅紋鳳蝶較多。在幼蟲期之食葉量方面,二者皆以第五齡蟲消耗的葉面積最大,其 總食葉量在統計上有顯著差異, 但相差不多, 大紅紋鳳蝶為 383.73Cm �暑P紅紋鳳蝶為 368.38Cm �插F 各齡之食物消耗率除第五齡蟲大紅紋鳳蝶大於紅紋鳳蝶之外,其餘各齡紅紋 鳳蝶皆大於大紅紋鳳蝶。大紅紋鳳蝶雌蝶之產卵偏好在葉片下部,紅紋鳳蝶則在嫩葉基部; 二者成蟲之壽命以紅紋鳳蝶較長。 |
英文摘要 | The common windmill (Byasa polyeuctes termessue Fruhstorfer0 and the common rose (Pachliopa aristochiae interpostitas Fruhstorfer) are the larger and beautiful species of butterfiles in Taiwan. Both larvae fed ont he host Aristolochia kankauensis, in Taipei Zoo Butterfly Aviary. Eggs were collected from the Butterfly Aviary and reared in various temperatures in the lab. The common windmill showed its developmental time longer than the common rose in various temperatures, and the developmental rates of both species increase with the temperature raising from 20 ℃ to 30 ℃. The thresholds for the development points of the common windmill and the common rose were computed to to be 4.48 ℃ and 13.63 ℃ respectively. The total effect ivetemperatures for both species from egg to adult were 1083.38 degree -days in the common windmill and 586.55 degree-days in the common rose. The leaf consumption of common windmill and common rose were 383.73 cm �� and 68.38 cm �� respectively, and apparently, the later showed lighter food consumption than the former. The common windmill prefer to oviposite on the underside of leaves, where as the common rose was prefer on the base of the young leaf. |
