| 中文摘要 | 批量方法在庫存管理上是個相當重要的課題,在過去已有多種演算法則 被提出,這些演算法則有些可解出最佳解,但計算繁複且演算過程較難瞭解,有 些則簡單而計算快速,但卻無法保證求得最佳解,計算繁複與最佳解似乎是不可 兼得的。 為解決此一問題,本研究提出一種新的批量計算方法,此種批量計算方法可讓使 用者輕易的以填表的方式求得最佳解,且過程中並沒有繁複的計算過程,可以用 人工計算或是利用試算表軟體(Lotus 1-2-3,.EXCEL...)求算。 此一批量方法的價值在於以簡馭繁,適合應用於需要使用批量方法來決定存貨訂 購時機與數量,但特別設計電腦程式來計算批量又不划算時。本批量法之計算相 當簡單易懂,不需太多的學習即可使用。 |
| 英文摘要 | Lot-Sizing Method is an important issue in inventory management. A number of algorithms have appeared over the recent years on the topic of lot-sizing. About total cost, some algorithms like Wagner-Whit in method and Branch & Bound method have optimal solution but are complex and difficult to understand. Some other methods are easy to understand and compute, but they can't guarantee optimal solution. To obtain optimal solution and easy to understand and compute simultaneously, this research will introduce a new lot-sizing method which can get optimal solution by filling a table. The compute process is easy to understand, and can be calculated by manual or spread sheet software like EXCEL, Lotus 1-2-3...etc. This Lot-Sizing Method can get optimal lot size order simply. It is useful when the users need lot-sizing method to decide the quantities and order timing of inventory but they don't want to write a computer program to do it. This method is easy to understand and have optimal solution. |
