中文摘要 | 本文針對平板式毛細吸引裝置,提出不需量測液體滲入體積即可估計泥漿平均比阻的方法,並與實驗比較之。當泥漿於測試中耗盡時,濾紙之溼潤前緣之進行速度會突然減緩,而在滲透曲線上出現轉折。由加入泥漿之體積及偵測轉折點的位置,即可估計液體飽和度分布,並從而估計比阻。文中亦討論可變寬度裝置之行為。 |
英文摘要 | A method is evaluated in this study for estimating average specific resistance of cake, which avoids the necessity of measuring the liquid invasion volume in rectangular capillary suction apparatus ( RCSA) experiments. When an insufficient amount of slurry is used, the slurry will exhaust during experiment and the wet front distance versus time curve shows the transition. The liquid saturation under the inner cell can be estimated on the basis of the wet front distance and capillary suction time(CST) data of the transition point. Furthermore, the average specific resistance of cake can be calculated without the liquid invasion volume data. The proposed method correlates sufficiently with the vacuum filtration data. |
