中文摘要 | 本場研製之水稻插秧兼深層施肥機,經不斷測試與改良迄今巳達實用階段,並於八十二年元月二十八日辦理技術轉移給台中市裕農農機廠股份有限公司進行商品化設計與量產中。 該機自81年一期作起分別在高屏(新園、萬丹、美濃、阿蓮)及嘉南(鹿草、朴子)等主要稻作產區進行示範工作, 兩年來共完成深層施肥示範面積為596.51公頃。機械施肥示範區較慣行人工表面撒施法可節省氮素肥料用量約30%, 減少施肥次數2~3次,提高稻榖產量為2.2~12.2%,印證推行機械施肥能解決勞力不足與有效降低稻米生產成本,使稻農收益提高每公頃達10,721元,故國產插秧兼深層施肥機是值得擴大示範推廣給稻農採用。 |
英文摘要 | The rice transplanter with deep-layer fertilization, which has been tested and improved continuously, is ready for commercial production. The technology of this machine had been transfered to Yuh-Nong Farm Machinery Company in Taichung. The machine has been demonstrated in the Kao-Ping (Hsin-Yung,Wantan,Mei-Nong,Ah-Lien) and Chianan area (Lu-Jaso, Pu-Jzu), since the first crop in 1992. The total area of field demonstration within two years is 596.51 ha. In the demonstrated area, the machine can save netrogen fertilzer up to 30%, reduce the fertilizer operation labor 2 to 3 times and increase 5.2~12.2% of rice yield. It is proved that the implement of the machine can solve the labor problem, reduce the production cost of rice and raise the income of rice farmer about $10,000 NT/ha. Therefore, the rice transplanter with deep-layer fertilization is worth while to be released to rice farmers. |
