中文摘要 | 本文係以三角形斷面聚酯纖維及三角形/圓形斷面聚酯混合纖維,經開纖混棉、梳棉、疊網而成型、針軋工程,製成之不織布。本文之主要重點在於探應針軋工程中,改變針軋密度與針軋深度對於三角形斷面與圓形斷面聚酯混合纖維對針軋不織布物性之影響。由本文之實驗與數據可以得出,三角斷面聚酯纖維比圓形斷面聚酯纖維製成之不織布具有較佳的物理性質,而且隨著混合三角斷面聚酯纖維比例增加,不織布之物理性質亦有增加之趨勢。在針軋密度方面,在500∼1100needles/cm2的實驗範圍中,除了100%三角斷面聚酯纖維在900needles/cm2時具有最佳之撕裂強度外,其餘均在700needles/cm2時具有最佳之抗拉強度與撕裂強度,而在500∼700needles/cm2時具有最佳之皺摺回復度。在針軋深度方面,由本次之實驗與數據顯示:若將預軋之深度調在10-12mm時,則會使得不織布在強力、撕裂強度等方面強得較佳的結果。 |
英文摘要 | In this study, we used the triangle, round cross-section polyester and triangle/round cross-section polyester fiber with the different rate to make the nonwoven after the process of opening, carding, lapper and needle punching. The point in this study is to investigate the effect against different rate polyester fiber by changing the needling density and the pre-penetration depth in the needle punching process. From this study, we found the nonwoven which made by the triangle cross-section than the nonwoven which made by the round cross-section is better in the physical property. By the way, we also found if the nonwoven contains more the triangle cross section polyester fiber which will be better than the nonwoven contains more the round cross-section polyester fiber. In the needling density from 500~1100 needles/cm2, we found the most best breaking strength and tearing strength will be appeared when the needling density is 700 needles/cm2 and the best recovery from creasing will be appeared from 500~700 needles/cm2. In the pre-penetration depth, we found the best breaking strength and tearing strength will be got the best values when the Penetration depth is 10~12mm. |
