中文摘要 | 本文係以羊毛和氧化纖維利用乾式非纖物製造法,製造四種不 同重量與三種不同混紡率的非織物,對其物性和阻燃性加以研究。 研究結果顯示,羊毛與氧化纖維昆梳的非織物其機械性質,以 針軋密度200 needles/cm�插B針軋深度 7mm 最佳。而阻燃性以針 軋密度300 needles/cm�插A針軋深度9mm 最佳,同時基重增加阻 燃性隨著增加。 |
英文摘要 | In this study, four different unit weight and three different blending ratios of wool and oxidized fiber nonwoven fabrics were manufactured by needle-punching process. The physical properties and fire-retardant property of the nonwoven fabrics were then ested and analized. this study have shown that the mechical properties of the blends of oxidized fiber the mechical nonwoven fabrics which are manufactured by 200 (needles/cm��) meedling density and 7mm penetration depth are the best. The flame retardant of the blends ofoxidized fiber and wool nonwovens fabrics which are manufactured by 300 (needles/cm��) meedling dinsity and 9mm penetration depth are the best, and the fire- retardance increase with the increaseof the unit weight. |
