| 中文摘要 | 以人工感染雛白痢菌之本地種母雞40 隻,進行人工授精配種,然後採其產蛋逐 批進行14梯次之不同方式福馬林薰煙消毒或3%或5%或薰煙等個濃度之福馬林、 Pacoma-200、百喜-30或田邊消毒液等四種消毒藥劑,在撿蛋有後和入孵前各消毒一次,然 後於雞胚18日齡時用福馬林薰煙消毒,同時另置一組未消毒的種蛋當對照,以比較四種消毒 在數種消毒方式對減少雛白痢中止蛋和雛雞之發生雛白痢的影響。結果發現各種方式之消毒 均顯著的(p<0.001)降低雛白痢感染發生率、死胚率和提高小雞育成率,其中以三次均使用 福馬林加高錳酸鉀之燻煙消毒組的病死胚率(6.4%)和雛白痢所造成的病死胚率(5.0)最 少,小雞存活數最(95.0%)。在所有梯次的消毒組中以前兩次使用3%Pacoma-200的消毒效 果最差,其他各梯次的種卵在撿蛋後和入卵前之消毒方式均有各種不同程度的消毒效果和降 低雛白痢之感染種蛋,造成中死胚和介卵傳染給子禽發生雛白痢的效果,但其效果顯然尚無 法取代三次均用福馬林和高錳酸鉀之薰煙消毒。 |
| 英文摘要 | In order to reduce the egg transmission of Salmonella pullorum in causing the embryo death and pullorum infection in chicks, a trial of 40 native hens were artificially infected with Salmonella pullorum and inseminated with semen, then collected of their eggs for running a serial of 14 disinfection trials by fumigation with formaldehyde or spraying with 3% or 5% of formalin, Pacoma-200, Biocid-30 or a Tanabe disinfectant at 3 steps, eg. immediately after the egg collection, just prior to the egg setting and immediately after the egg setting. A nondisinfected control was also included. Each of the 13 disinfection trials significantly (p<0.001) reduced the embryo death (6.4%), pullorum infection in embryos and chicks and chick cull rate. Formaldehyde fumigation in all the 3 steps comes to be the best trial with least in embryo death (6.4%), pullorum infection in chick (5.0%) and the highest chick survival rate (95.0%). The trial spraying with 3% Pacoma-200 in the 2 steps comes to be the worst. Each of the other 11 trials has variable improving results but only fall between the last mentioned 2 trials and still far behind the formaldehyde fumigation in all the 3 disinfection steps. |
