中文摘要 | 本試驗的目的在於測定0~4週齡白羅曼雛鵝及中國雛鵝的代謝能及蛋白質需要量。 1日齡白羅曼雛鵝及中國雛鵝,選取健康體重相近者,逢機分置於個處理組以進行試驗。以 玉米-大豆粕為主之試驗飼糧,代謝能從2750 kcal/kg,逐級(每級150kcal/kg)增加到 3200kcal/kg,並分別與不同之蛋白質含量配合,蛋白質從16%逐級增加到26%,進行複因 子或單因子試驗。 試驗結果顯示代謝能與蛋白質間,交感作用不顯著(p>0.05)。0∼4週齡白羅曼雛鵝飼 糧含代謝能2900kcal/kg或3050cal/kg時,生長性能的表現無差異;蛋白質含量從20%逐 級增加到26%時,增重、飼料利用效率、蛋白質及代謝能利用效率的差異均不顯著(p> 0.05),以曲棍法求得蛋白質需要量要19.9%。白羅曼雛鵝飼糧代謝能(kcal/kg)含量與粗 蛋白質(%)的適當比為146。0∼4週齡中國雛鵝飼糧含代謝能3050kcal/kg時,即可得到 良好的增重,代謝能提高到3200kacl/kg時,對增重及飼料利用效率並無顯著改進(p> 0.05)。飼糧中含粗白質18%時,增重及飼料利用效率均顯著(p<0.05)優於含粗蛋白質17 %者,飼糧含粗蛋白質18%以上時,有改進增重之趨替,但差異不顯著(p>0.05)。當飼糧 含代謝能3050kcal/kg時,以曲棍法求得中國雛鵝蛋白質需要量為21.6%。中國雛鵝飼糧代 謝能含量與粗蛋白質之比為141。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this study was to determine the metabolizable energy (ME) and crude protein requirements of White Roman goslings and Chinese goslings for the age of 0 to 4 weeks. Day old healthy goslings with similar body weights were randomly assigned to the treatments. The corn- soy- bean meal based rations containing 2750,2900,3050, and 3200 kcal/kg of ME were combined with various protein levels which were between 16% and 26%. During the experimental period the weight gain and the feed efficiency of the goslings were used as the criteria to further adjust the protein and the ME levels. These factorial ex3periments were arranged according to a completely randomized design. No significant (p>0.05) interaction between ME and protein was found. For the White Roman goslings, growth performance was not significantly different (P>0.05), as the levels of dietary ME were 2900 and 3050 kcal/kg. With the levels of protein was above 20%, the weight gain, feed efficiency, protein and ME utilization were not significantly different (p>0.05). The estimated protein requirements from bent-stick method was 19.9%, when the ME level of dietary was 3050 kcal/kg. Therefore, the optimal ME (kcal/kg) and crude protein(%) ratio for White Roman goslings was suggested to be 146. The ME level of 3050kcal/kg was considered to be optimal in terms of the weight gain for Chinese goslings. Neither weight gain nor feed efficiency showed significant improvement (p>0.05) when the ME level was increased to 3200 kcal/kg. On the other hand, the weight gain and the feed efficiency were improved (p<0.05) when the dietary protein level was increased from 17% to 18%. However, further increasing of protein level could not improved the body weight gain (p>0.05). The estimated protein requirements of Chinese goslings from bent-stick method was 21.6%, for weight gain, as the ME level of dietarys were 3050 kcal/kg. Therefore, suggested ME and crude protein ratio was 141 for Chinese goslings. |
