中文摘要 | 管理,無庸置疑為本世紀最重要的革新,亦為直接影響開發中國家企業經營的重 要因素。管理是工作,是原則,更是哲學。企業管理哲學為企業經營者在引導企業活動時所 依據的基本導向,並隨經營環境的改變而有所不同。鑑於中西文化背景的不同,西方管理哲 學無法完全適用於我國的企業;因此,如何從中國傳統文化中再構建適合中國的管理方式, 實為現代企業的一項重要課題。 本文嘗試分析中國傳統文化與現代企業管理的關係。本質上,管理機能可區分為規劃、組織 、用人、領導及控制等工作,對每一管理機能,本文從中國傳統文化中各提出七項管理哲學 。經由詳細的分析後,本文獲得一個結論,即中國企業必須努力發展能完全適合中國企業的 中國管理方式。 |
英文摘要 | Management may be the most important innovation of this century, and the one most factor directly affecting the business in the developing country. Management is a task, Management is a discipline. But management is also philosophy. Business management philosophy, which reflects the basic orientation under which the top management guides its business efforts, must keep changing in response to the changing environmental conditions. Due to the differences in socio-cultural background between the East and the West, application of western management philosophies can not be wholly encouraged. Therefore, reconstructing Chinese management style under the traditional culture is an important issue for Chinese businesses. This paper tries to present the relationship between Chinese traditional culture and contempory business management. Essentialy, a management mechanism can divide the work of manager into planning, organizing, staffing, leading, and controlling. In this paper, seven Chinese management philosophies are proposed for each management mechanism. With a detail analysis of some major Chinese management philosophies, this paper concluded that Chinese businesses can be well developed into a wholly adaptable Chinese management style. |
